Will we create the data on the system by ourselves or will ATALINK support us?
It depends on which types of data to be created. ATALINK will assist in special cases below:
User accounts and usage permission grant: Users create accounts on ATALINK, add their work experience, and are approved and assigned an appropriate role by the enterprise’s authorized user.
Products: Your enterprise search, select products on ATALINK and add it to your product catalog (products for sale). For some specific products unavailable yet on the system, ATALINK will support to standardize and import these product data into your product catalog. It is the same for the procurement catalog.
Customers, Distributors, Suppliers (Collectively referred to as Partners): From ATALINK enterprises search, select and add Partners to the corresponding Partners list. ATALINK willingly assist Enterprises in importing Partners data into the system quickly and effectively.
Buying Request, Sales Offers, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders: Enterprises themselves initiate and manage these data. Similar to the Partner data, ATALINK can help you quickly and effectively import Sales and Purchase Order historical data into the system.
