Manage My Products
Tap on the icon ... next to the right of a product that needs to be updated.
1. Edit Product:
Step 1: Edit general information of a product:

Tap on View Details to view the product information

Enter an Org SKU Code to the product according to your Company's product management system (if any).

Status:
-
Active: The product will be shown in the company shop

Launching: The product will be shown in the company shop and search.

Inactive: The product will not be shown in the company shop.

Step 2: Manage Price of the product

Primary UOM / UOM: Unit Of Measure - Select the unit of measurement of the product

QOE: Quantity Of Each - The number of items in a unit of product

MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity

The price type on the platform is divided into 3 types:

Fixed price: Only one price. You can add Discount (%) or Discount Amount to showing products or services being discounted / promoted.

From/To: You will enter the price range which is the lowest price and the highest price. When entering a discount (%), the price will be reduced accordingly.

Negotiable price: This product will not have a specific price, buyers will discuss directly with you to get the price.

Add UOM: Create additional prices for products / services

Make Primary: Chang this price into the primary price

Delete Price: Tap on
to delete the price

Step 3: Tap on Save to finish editing the product's information.
2. Change the status of the products
- Discard products from the Marketplace (still shown on the company shop): Change the status of the product from Launching to Active
- Launch products into Marketplace: Change the status of the product to Launching
- Deactivate Product: Change the status of the product to Inactivated.
- Show on company shop: Change the status of the product from Inactive to Active
- Remove product: Delete the product from the Sales Catalog. This operation is not reversible or undo.
