Add a new Supplier
To enhance the superiority for Super Administrator / Administrator / Boss / Purchaser Manager, ATALINK provides the ability to add Supplier so you can optimize your communications for purchasing with Supplier on the application, such as
- Experience and interact with posts and Sales Offers from Supplier
- Online communication with Supplier
Step 1: Access My Tasks > Procurement Management > Supplier
Step 2: On the Supplier screen
- Tap on Add a new Supplier button in case there is no Supplier in your company's Supplier list.
- Or, tap on the icon + in case there is at least one Supplier in the list
Step 3: On the Add Supplier screen, you can search Supplier by Supplier Name or Tax Code. In addition, ATALINK also provides filters by Supplier, Locations, or Industries to assist you in finding Supplier more quickly.
Step 4: Tap on the icon + next to a Supplier to add that Supplier to your company's Supplier list
Step 5: Tap on Yes to confirm
After that, the corresponding Supplier will receive a request to confirm the business relationship on ATALINK. Therefore, you will see the status Pending Confirmation until that Supplier accepts your request.
