Add a Product
Adding a Product to your Company's Procurement Catalog helps to quickly create Purchase Orders from the Supplier you selected.
To add a Product, your login account must be assigned to one of the following roles:
- Super Administrator
- Administrator
- Boss
- Purchasing Manager
- Purchaser
Before you can add a Product to your Company's Procurement Catalog, please access My Tasks by one of the following options:
- Option 1: Tap on the icon
at the Menu bar
- Option 2: On the Home page, swipe to the left
Then, access Procurement Management > Procurement Catalog
Step 1: On the Procurement Catalog screen
- Tap on Tap here to add products if there are no products in your Company's Procurement Catalog.
- Otherwise, if there is already at least one, you can tap on the icon + at the right corner of the screen to view a list of products that can be added to your Company's Procurement Catalog.
Step 2: On the Select Product screen
- Search products by Product Name, and SKU over thousands of products already available on the platform.
- In case you can't find a product, please contact ATALINK Support team free at 1800 555 540.
- Filter products by categories. By default, ATALINK shows products by all categories. You can tap on the All Categories drop-down list and select a category that you'd like to filter products by.
- Tap on the icon + next to a product. At this time, there are 2 cases that will happen:
- Case 1: This is the first time you have accessed the Add Product screen.
- After tapping on the icon +, you will see the Select Master Category screen.
- In order to be able to create your Company's procurement category, you have to upgrade your account by contacting ATALINK Support team free at 1800 555 540 or tap on the Skip button to continue the work with ATALINK's procurement category.
- Case 2: You have accessed the Add Product screen before.
- After tapping on the icon +, you will see the Add Product screen.
- Case 1: This is the first time you have accessed the Add Product screen.
Step 3: You can view/update the product information on the Add Product screen
- Tap on View Details to view the product information
- Enter an SKU Code to the product according to your Company's product management system (if any)
- Select the Supplier from whom you may buy the product. Please click here to view details of how to add a Supplier to a Product.
Step 4: Tap on Save to finish adding the product to your Company's Procurement Catalog.
