Vendor List Settings
To manage Vendor List Settings, your login account must be assigned to one of the following roles:
- Super Administrator
This setting allows configuring how the ratings and comments will be displayed in the list of Vendors under Procurement Management. There are 2 options:
- All My Reviews: This option allows showing all ratings and comments which your Company gave to your Vendors.
- My Newest Review: This option allows showing only the newest rating and comment which your Company gave to your Vendors.
Before you can configure Vendor List Settings, please access My Tasks by one of the following options:
- Option 1: Tap on the icon at the Menu bar
- Option 2: At the Home page, swipe to the left
Step 1: On the My Tasks screen, tap on the icon next to the Search text-box.
On the Settings screen, tap on Procurement > Vendor List
Step 2: On the Vendor List Settings screen, tap on Show Vendors by My Review
Step 3: Select an option and then tap on Done to finish updating the setting.
