1. Revenue Direct Sales Report

Step 1: To view the sales report that your business sells directly to distributors / customers, select Direct sales

Step 2: You can choose to view the report by the following sections:

• Time
• Product category
• Product
• Account group
• Distributor / Customer
• Salesperson

Click Apply to apply the report according to your selected item

• Select Turnover to display Sales Report by Turnover or select Quantity to display Sales Report by Quantity
• The system will display the report according to:
  • • Turnover
    • Quantity
    • Sales orders
    • New customers
    • Sales trends
    • Top products
    • Top Distributors

Step 3: Click on the List of reports and select the Report you want to see

• The list of reports includes:
  • • Sales revenue / Sales quantity report
    • Sales revenue report by Distributor / Customer
    • Sales revenue / Sales quantity report by Salesman

• Sales  turnover / Sales quantity report
  • • Sales report By Turnover: Show the revenue of products compared to the previous year's revenue, and the revenue of each product
      • • Select By Turnover to view the sales report by Turnover
        • Select the date you want to view the report
        • Click Export to export to a file 

• • • Sales report By Quantity: Show the total Quantity of products sold by distributors to their customers
      • • Select By Quantity to view the sales report by Quantity
        • Select the date you want to view the report
        • Click Export report to export to a file

• Sales revenue report by Distributor / Customer
  • • Click on Sales Revenue Report by Distributor / Customer
    • Select the date you want to view the report
    • Select Export report to export to a file

• Sales revenue / Sales quantity report by Salesman
  • • Click on Sales revenue / Sales quantity report by Salesman
    • Select the date you want to view the report
    • Select Export report to export to a file

Step 4: Select Quantity to display the Sales Report by Quantity

• The system will display Sales Report by Quantity by:
  • • By product category
    • By customer group
    • By region
    • Sales trends
    • Top products
    • Top Distributors

2. Revenue Distribution system Report

Step 1: To View the Revenue Distribution system Report Select a Distribution system

• Revenue Distribution system are sales on orders that distributors sell to their customers
• Sales turnover / Sales quantity report
  • • Sales report by turnover: Shows the total sales of the products that the distributors has sold to their customers
      • • Select Turnover to view the sales report by turnover
        • Select the date you want to view the report
        • Click Export report to export to a file

• • • Sales report by Quantity: Shows the total number of products sold by the distributors to their customers
      • • Select Quantity to view the sales report by turnover
        • Select the date you want to view the report
        • Click Export report to export to a file

• Sales Revenue / Sales Quantity Report by Salesman
  • • Select Sales revenue / Sales quantity report by Salesman
    • Select the date you want to view the report
    • Select Export report to export to a file

• Distribution system - Discount report by Distributor
  • • Select Distribution system - Discount report by Distributor
    • Select time you want to view the report and Application type (Pricing)
    • Select Export report to export to a file
