To manage Rating & Review Settings, your login account must be assigned to one of the following roles:

• Super Administrator
• Administrator
• Boss

You can leave ratings and comments for a Supplier once both confirmed business relationships on ATALINK. The Rating & Review Settings allow your Company to set up internal metrics with weights for rating Suppliers. Below are the main metrics:

• Product Quality
• Price
• Delivery
• Service
• Payment Policy

Each main metric has sub metrics for your Company to review Supplier in detail.

You can customize weights for metrics as below:

Before you can configure Rating & Review Settings, please access My Tasks by one of the following options:

• Option 1 : Tap on the icon  at the Menu bar
• Option 2 : At the Home page, swipe to the left

Step 1 : On the My Tasks screen, tap on the icon  next to the search bar.

On the Settings screen, tap on Procurement > tap on Rating & Review

Step 2 : On the Rating & Review screen, tap on Edit Weight to be able to edit weight of the main metrics.

Step 3 : On the Edit Weight screen, customize the percentages according to your Company’s policy, then tap on Save button

In addition, each main metric has sub metrics that you can view or customize as below:

Step 1 : On the Rating & Review screen, tap on one of the main metrics to see its sub metrics

Step 2 : Tap on Edit Weight under one of the main metrics to edit weights of the sub metrics

Step 3 : On the Edit Weight for the main metrics screen (ex. Edit Weight for Service), customize the percentages according to your Company’s policy, then tap on the Save button.
