Setting for Sales Offers
ATALINK provides the ability to configure Procurement Settings according to your Company’s needs. To manage these settings, your login account must be assigned to one of the following roles:
- Super Administrator
- Administrator
- Boss
Step 1: Access My Tasks > tap on the icon next to the search bar
Step 2: On the Settings screen, tap on Sales
Step 3: On the Sales Settings screen, tap on Sales Offers
Step 4: Customize the following settings to suit your business on the platform
- Available for receiving new Sales Offers? (Allow other companies to send Sales Offers to your company when this setting is Yes)
- What Sales Offers your company will receive? (Your company will receive Sales Offers that satisfy all the below conditions)
- Review companies from which won’t get any Sales Offers. (Once you snooze someone, that company can’t send Sales Offers to you. You can unsnooze to continue receiving it)
- Your Sales Offer will expire automatically after. Sales offers will be closed automatically after this period.
