ATALINK provides the ability to configure Procurement Settings according to your Company’s needs. To manage these settings, your login account must be assigned to one of the following roles:

• Super Administrator
• Administrator
• Boss

Step 1: Access My Tasks > tap on the icon  next to the search bar

Step 2: On the Settings screen, tap on Sales

Step 3: On the Sales Settings screen, tap on Sales Offers

Step 4: Customize the following settings to suit your business on the platform

• Available for receiving new Sales Offers? (Allow other companies to send Sales Offers to your company when this setting is Yes)
• What Sales Offers your company will receive? (Your company will receive Sales Offers that satisfy all the below conditions)
• Review companies from which won’t get any Sales Offers. (Once you snooze someone, that company can’t send Sales Offers to you. You can unsnooze to continue receiving it)
• Your Sales Offer will expire automatically after. Sales offers will be closed automatically after this period.
